Sometimes it is good to have a laugh when you are an ORM Agency since you are constantly seeing negative stories on the Internet. Recently a man was mowing his lawn during a tornado claiming that he was keeping an eye on it. TheunisWessels is a Alberta man who showed remarkable dedication to keeping his lawn tidy on Friday when he continued to mow it as a large tornado swirled on the horizon right behind him.
His reason behind it was he needed to get his grass cut ahead of a busy weekend of chauffeuring his children to their sporting events and his wife ended up snapping a photo of him that has gone viral. This widely shared photo has created a storm of its own on social media and everyone is waking up to this awesome story. He had mentioned that they are originally from South Africa and this is the first time that they have ever seen a tornado therefore he was watching it all the time to make sure of its next move. The tornado happened in Three Hills, Alta on June 2nd 2017 and it has mainly damaged agricultural buildings. His wife Cecilia wanted to show the tornado to her parents back in South Africa but most people were more interested in why her husband was outside mowing the lawn during this tornado.
His daughter had told him to come inside when she saw the twister approaching and she woke her mother from a nap as he continued to mow his lawn. Theunis had managed to finished mowing his lawn by the time the tornado was done and it passed right by them not damaging their property or their home. When his wife woke up from her nap, she immediately came outside to take the amazing pictures of this tornado which has made the Internet laugh.
