The new Honda Amaze appeared for the first time in the Auto Expo earlier this year. Honda launched this car on the opening day of this Expo. It is expected that this new Honda car will have a long life due to a fresh platform. This fresh and unique Honda Amaze is compared with Dzire of Maruti Suzuki on the following points:
- Appearance
This new Honda Amaze gets several new features such as a long bonnet, sharper and brighter headlights which comes with LED lights. Besides, this different look, another important alteration made on the outer side of this car is one character line which is introduced along the entire length of the vehicle. This vehicle will now run on 15-inch wheels instead of the old 14-inch ones. The fresh variants of Maruti Dzire are a full withdrawal when compared with the old variant. The entire appearance has been completely altered and some alterations are added to the car. The car can be bought in six different colors-white, silver, red, grey, brown and blue.
- Engine Of The Cars
The new Honda Amaze comes with the similar 1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol engine. The old Amaze model came with a 5-speed manual gearbox and CVT, this was for the petrol model only. Now, Honda has made the CVT unit available for the diesel variant also. Maruti Suzuki cars come with a 1.2-litre petrol engine and a 1.3-litre diesel engine which have been used in the older variants of Maruti Suzuki Dzire. It comes with a 5-speed manual unit and with a 5-speed AMT.
- Cabin And Other Features
In order to make the car look more elegant, the brand new Honda Amaze will come with a blend of two colors. A Digipad of 7-inch screen has also been added which runs on both Android Auto and apple Car Play. This comes with a new feature called MirrorLink. More height has is added as compared to the older version. The cabin has now had large space and enough space in the back of the car. This car also features an improved boot capacity than the older version. Maruti Suzuki included distinct excellent alteration which makes the Honda Swift Dzire spacious for the passengers in comparison to the older variant.
There has been made more alteration with regards to inclusion of different new features, inner and outer appearance of the cars etc. Hence, it would be quite hasty to state the value for money aspect of the cars. Honda Amaze has still not made its entry in the market and the fresh upcoming variants will include several new and unique features. Whereas, when Maruti Suzuki Dzire is considered, it has undergone several important alterations which have made it a better variant from older versions of Maruti Suzuki cars. It definitely has a good value for money.
