The registration process for XAT 2019 conducted by the Xavier Labor Relations Institute (XLRI) has ended. The last date to fill the registration form of XAT 2019 was November 30, 2018. However, those students who missed the initial deadline can register themselves for the entrance examination from December 1 to December 7, 2018. However, such candidates have to submit a registration fee of Rs. 2000 along with Rs. 500 for every additional course of XLRI. To register for XAT 2019, candidates have to visit the official website of XLRI and register themselves for the entrance examination. Candidates must make sure that they fill the application form with correct information. The online registration process of XAT includes registration for the test, filling up of the application form, uploading of requisite documents and payment of XAT application fee. Things to keep ready before registering for XAT 2019

The application process of XAT 2019 includes four stages, therefore, candidates are required to keep all the documents and details ready. Some of the important details and documents required by the candidates while registering for XAT are given below:

• Documents related to educational qualification – Class 10 and 12 Mark Sheets along with Graduation and Master’s degree details.
• Uploading of documents – Candidates are required to upload documents such as their passport-sized photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
• Payment of application fee – Keep details related to Credit/ Debit Card, Net Banking. Demand Draft No., Challan etc. to pay the application fee.

XAT 2019 Online Registration Process

The step by step procedure to register for XAT 2019 is mentioned below:

• Visit the official website of XLRI.
• Click on the “Registration” tab.
• On clicking, you will find registration on the screen. Enter the name, date of birth, communication details and email-id in the registration form.
• Click on “Submit” button.
• On clicking, you will receive a XAT ID and Password on your email id or on your mobile phone.
• You are advised to keep XAT ID and Password safe for future communication.

XAT Application Form 2019

After successfully registering yourself, you have to log in using your XAT ID and Password received at the time of registration. On successful login, XAT application form will appear on the screen. Fill the application form correctly. The step by step procedure to fill XAT application form is given below:

Step 1: Uploading of Documents

In this step, you need to upload scanned copies of passport sized photograph and signature in the prescribed format.

Step 2: Choice of Course

Candidates are required to select the MBA course they wish to opt for. The application fee for each of the courses is Rs. 300 (per course) and this fee will be charged along with XAT application fee. Currently, XLRI offers management courses in four distinct specializations such as

• Business Management
• Human Resource Management
• General Management
• Global Business Management

Step 3: Choice of preferred exam city

In this step, applicants have to select the exam city and exam center at which they wish to appear for XAT 2019. This year, XAT is expected to be conducted in 47 cities across India and 2 cities in Kathmandu and Dubai.

Step 4: Personal Information

Candidates are required to enter personal details such as Date of Birth, Marital Status, Father’s name/ mother’s name /spouse’s name, permanent address, present address etc.

Step 5: Enter qualification and work experience details

In this step, enter details such as academic details such as Class 10 and 12 marks, details related to Bachelor’s degree examination and Postgraduate degree details (if any), the name of board/ university, the year of passing and the subject of specialization. Along with this information you are also required to enter your professional work-experience details (if any).

Step 6: XAT 2019 – Payment of application fee

On entering all the details correctly, candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 1700 (without late fee). For each of the XLRI programs, candidates have to pay an additional fee of Rs. 300 per course. Candidates who pay XAT application fee after November 15 have to pay Rs. 2000 along with an extra fee of Rs. 500 for each of the XLRI course that you wish to pursue. Application fee can be paid online through Credit/ Debit Card, Net Banking and offline through Demand Draft drew in favor of XLRI JAMSHEDPUR” and payable at JAMSHEDPUR.

Note: You can also pay the application fee using cash mode i.e. you can pay the fees in cash at IDBI bank branch with the help of a challan issued by the bank.

Step 7: Declaration

This is the last step involved in the registration of XAT 2019. In this step, applicants have to check on the “I Agree” box and then click on the “Submit” button to successfully submit the application form. On clicking the submit button, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from XLRI Jamshedpur. Keep the e-mail safe for future purpose.
